The home sits as  group of 3 townhomes that were built in the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington DC in 1959 by a local developer. The scope of the project includes a 3-story addition and renovation to the existing portico, with a new sunroom to open on to the south-facing rear yard with views toward the Washington Monument. The front elevation gets formalized to match the stature of the homes in this exclusive, historic neighborhood. Currently working through historic entitlements.
